I suppose I should explain why I did an extra 2 miles today. Well if i said that I am an experienced map reader and trainer of Map reading from my Army days, it would surprise and amaze you, how one could make such a schoolboy error. Alright i was on the phone talking to deb and i missed a turning left, I know stupid, but easily done to be fair. it took me a mile before I realised the error and thus increased my pain for the day. i had started out in brisk form, doing over 3 miles an hour, but after my error the pace became slower, as constantly in my mind for every mile I then covered I knew I should be 2 miles further on. well to say I was annoyed with myself and hurting, a great day turned into a bad day at the office. Self inflicted wound's spring to attention. It was a glorious day weather wise and some of the views were spectacular. I have to say I got too the drovers very tired indeed to join a queue for food and drink that went on for ever. my room the Tv didnt work, but the evening in the drovers made up for the room. No match of the day for me, not that I would have made it awake to see it. All in all a mixed day
